The Central European Final of season INTO ORBIT took place at the Festspielhaus in Bregenz, Austria, from 29 to 30 March 2019. 

“The competition was well organised and unlike previous competitions it was a two-day event. The surprise was the Live Challenge discipline, which we didn’t know much about. The talks, the accompanying programme and the many experts were a pleasant addition. According to the jury, we did a good job in the individual disciplines, with the exception of the Robot Game discipline, where unfortunately our robot did not meet our expectations. The resulting 22nd place is a reflection of our abilities, but most importantly it showed us in which areas we need to improve. We are excited about our participation at this event because we had the opportunity to see the top European teams and we are confident that this experience will help us in the next season of the FLL, which we will be happy to participate in,” summarized team member Peter Siebert.
