On Saturday 8.2.2020, the Slovak and Czech semi-final of the FIRST LEGO League competition took place at the University of Žilina. There was a competitive atmosphere among the 16 teams that advanced to this semi-final from the regional rounds from the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.

In a tough competition, our team Hexadron won the second place in the Champions category, which also made us the best team from Slovakia. The innovation project LIGHTRING was also very highly rated, winning the first place. These outstanding achievements provided our team the qualification to the next tournament – the Central European Final in Offenburg, Germany.
